DeMoura|Smith partner, Ken DeMoura, will moderate a panel discussion titled
“Trial Techniques: How to Bring a Boring Breach of Contract Case
to Life” at the
Litigation Counsel of America’s 2015 Spring Conference & Celebration of Fellows.
The program, presented by experienced trial lawyers, will cover trial-tested
methods of holding the attention of jurors in the trial of complex commercial
contract matters and maximizing the possibility of a favorable outcome.
The other panelists for the program are Adam Arceneaux a partner at IceMiller
LLP in Indianapolis, Deborah Perry a member of the Texas-based firm of
Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. and Mark Williams a partner at Sherman
& Howard in Denver, Colorado. All of the panelists are members of
the Complex Commercial Litigation Institute and have significant jury
trial experience. Ken DeMoura serves as the treasurer and a director of
the Institute.
The national conference will take place April 15 - 17, 2015, at The Resort
