Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2008, Sharna Favuzza is a dynamic
attorney with a growing practice. She provides her business, individual
and family clients with estate planning, probate, real estate, litigation
and employment law advice.
In her estate planning and probate practice, Sharna prepares wills, trusts
and estate plans for families and individuals. She also advises clients
regarding Medicaid planning and asset protection issues. Her experience,
understanding and command of the new Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code
serves probate clients involved in guardian, estate and conservatorship
administration and litigation.
Sharna has an active employment law practice, advising and representing
employers before administrative agencies as well as in state and federal
court. Her background as a Human Resources manager in the health care
industry makes her a trusted advisor to small and large businesses regarding
compliance, workforce management and employment disputes. She also advises
select executives and employees regarding employment law issues.
In her real estate practice, Sharna serves banks, mortgage companies, sellers
and buyers in a variety of real estate transactions including purchases,
sales and leasing.
Sharna’s litigation practice includes breach of contract, real estate
disputes, bankruptcy and foreclosure actions. She also supports our personal
injury and commercial litigation practices. Sharna has managed all stages
of civil litigation in Massachusetts Superior, District, Land, Probate
and Housing Courts.
Sharna is a 2008 graduate of New England School of Law. She received her
Bachelor's Degree from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire.
She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the United States District
Court for the District of Massachusetts.
